Way to pay:
In yossra.uk you can pay by PayPal or Visa Card, Master Card, JCB, Maestro, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, Dinners Club, Google Pay.
The prices of each product are identified in GBP, and you can also convert them into your local currency, the value-added tax (VAT) included.
Shipping period within the UK, USA from 1 to 3 days.
The delivery costs are specified in the invoice, yossra.uk works with the best international courier companies to offer a good service and applies the shipping rate prices at no additional cost.
The data communicated by the client are recorded on the yossra.uk website and constitute proof of the commercial transaction. After the validation of the order by Yossra Fitness, Ltd will send an email to notify the purchaser.
Within our store, we offer several different items that will take a few days to ship and deliver and others will be ship directly from our warehouse in China, for these items please allow 1 to 5 working days.
If the user purchases several different items you will get a few days later the other items, sorry for this inconvenience but we have different warehouses and production modes according to the items.
If any extra delay the customer will be notified.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for exchanges & refunds.
Contact us within a maximum of 7 days of delivery
– Ship the items back within: 14 days max of getting the delivery
– Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in China/United Kingdom
– If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
For a change of mind
If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds.
Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:- In saleable condition- Unused, Clean, with all original packaging
All returns should be sent to us with a tracking number, we are not responsible in case the returned product is lost by the courier and untrackable.
For customer guarantees
If you believe an item is faulty, or there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange.
If you didn´t read the size chart and need a size change we will accept the exchange but the shipping cost back to our warehouse will be up to the buyer.
Custom & Duties
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
We ship from China most of the products, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country.
For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Yossra Fitness, Ltd is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal).
The shipping fee back to us charges are non-refundable.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Send the product with a tracking number, (we are not responsible for product lost during shipments or untraceable parcels)
Once we get the product in perfect new conditions with the original packaging box we will proceed to the refund or exchange (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
In case of exchanges, we will ship your new item(s) at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
– Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
– Returned items must have tags still on, clean, and be returned in original packaging
– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
